In the Fuji Branch Factory, we conduct manufacturing as well as fill tea in teabag production lines.

We process various teabag filling manufacturing such as large size teabag, long teabag (for PET bottles), teabags with threads, and water-drained teabags.

Since the general weighing is all about mass weighing, therefore the blended tea is not suitable for the filling process. The triangular teabag processing machine attaches with a weight-checker sensor machine is capable of accurately weighing blended tea and relatively large tea leaves, enabling smoothing production of high-quality teabags.
